Annelyse Combitsis
Annelyse Combitsis is a pianist from Livermore, CA and is currently based in New York City. Annelyse was a top finalist in the 2024 Philadelphia International Piano Competition, and has been awarded top prizes in national and international competitions throughout the years. She has performed throughout the United States and internationally, including Merkin Hall in New York City, Academy of Vocal Arts in Philadelphia, PA, and Steinway Piano Gallery in Walnut Creek, CA. In 2026, Annelyse attended East Carolina Music Festival, Borromeo Festival, and Vivace! International Music Festival. In addition to her performing career on stages, Annelyse enjoys volunteering and sharing her music with her community; she frequently performs at memory care centers and hospitals.
Annelyse has a passion for educating; she has been teaching privately for 7 years. She is on faculty at Bronx Conservatory of Music and Opus One Music Studio.
Annelyse holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Manhattan School of Music, where she studied with Dr. Inesa Sinkevych, and will be pursuing her masters. She has participated in masterclasses with Jonathon Biss, Mikhail Voskresensky, Jerome Lowenthal, and Alexander Korsantia, among others.
